Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?

All sessions are conducted live on Zoom, and recordings will be provided for later viewing and revision.

Yes, you will receive revision notes for every lecture, special coaching templates, textbook recommendations to deepen your understanding, and additional resources to stay updated on fitness trends and practices.

This program covers everything you need to excel in the fitness industry, including nutrition, exercise, coaching, business, social media, and research. You’ll master topics like metabolism, specialized diets, and effective nutrition planning for various needs, such as hypertrophy and injury recovery. You’ll gain expertise in anatomy, biomechanics, and training program design, along with injury management. The coaching module focuses on client communication, psychology, and business growth strategies. Social media lessons will teach you how to create impactful content, edit videos, and engage with your audience effectively. Finally, you’ll learn how to analyze and apply research to stay at the forefront of the industry.

The program is self-paced, but dedicating three to six months with consistent effort should be enough to build a strong understanding, especially if you actively participate in lectures and discussions.

You can join anytime, and you’ll have lifetime access to all course materials, including past, current, and future content. We plan to keep the course running for as long as the students need to learn, grow, and excel as fitness professionals. The program is continually updated with new topics and lectures to ensure the learning process never stops.

Communication will primarily be through WhatsApp. There will be a community group for discussions, networking, and resolving queries, and an announcement group for important updates and reminders.
